FUNDING NEEDED

Jubilee Society of Mongolia provides help for the poorest children and families in Mongolia. The charity works mainly in Ulaanbaater in the ger districts. There are two centres managed by a team of 8 paid staff and helped by volunteers. The work for the poorest of the poor in Mongolia is;

• Managing child support for many children.
• Support, nourishment and pre-school education for 30 children.
• 5 days summer camp for around 130 children.
• Books for visually impaired children.
• Providing a youth club, student club and adult literacy classes.
• Providing a club for stroke survivors.
• Run a playroom for the childrens' leukaemia ward at a local hospital.
• Workshops and micro loans, so small businesses can start up to support families
• Relief and emergency support.

The work is funded through contributions from individuals, Christ Church - Flackwell Heath, Karuna Action and others. But more help is needed.
